1 Enable Bulk Mode
Navigate to the Upload page. At the top of the page, look for the bulk listing controls section.
- Click the purple "Enable Bulk Mode" button.
- This activates the bulk interface and additional options.
- A checkbox for "Auto-group by upload batch" will appear.
Pro Tip: Keep "Auto-group by upload batch" checked if you plan to drop photos for one item at a time.
2 Upload Your Photos
Upload photos for all items you want to list. You can drag and drop multiple files at once.

3 Group Photos by Item
Option A: Auto Grouping
If checked, simply drop photos for Item A, wait, then drop photos for Item B. Each separate upload becomes a new group.
Option B: Manual Grouping
Select photos for one item, click "Create Group" in the toolbar, and repeat for all items.
4 Start Bulk Listing
Once photos are grouped, let the AI work. Use "Advanced Options" to set batch preferences like Condition or Pricing rules.
5 Review & Post to eBay
Edit Listings
Tweak title, price, or description via quick-edit modals.
Post to eBay
Select happy listings and "Post Selected" to go live.
